As far as my memory can remember, there were a few problems that I encountered last week...
One of them is Jatomi Fitness a gym. Apparently I don't really have problems with them but Lecus and Kah Yan do. How did it ended up as my problem? Because I introduced them to Jatomi Fitness as Lecus was eager to start working out for who knows what reasons. The problem occurred when Lecus wanted to pay for his gym membership for February. We assumed that his fees would be Rm 90 excluding tax, but they shot us with a Rm 111 excluding tax. That's an extra Rm 22.30 when including tax. How did this happened? Because the idiot that was in charge of registering us didn't tell us the details of how the payment worked. When we asked him how much we would have to pay per month, he said Rm 90 excluding tax, but he didn't mention that only goes for credit card users. There are more problems into this but I wouldn't want to go too much into detail. In the end, my mom is going to call the person in charge to try and get a refund. Another thing that made things worse was that they refused to give us their managers contact. What blasphemy! I through with this gym. Oh and why this problem is only for Lecus and Kah Yan which then indirectly lead to my problem is because I paid for the whole year whereas they only pay per month. So yea.. I'm stuck with this retarded gym club for a year.
